Who you are

You have professional working proficiency in Portuguese and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. You are self-motivated and have a high degree of curiosity, allowing you to work independently while engaging with customers effectively. Your experience with Microsoft Office and other software applications equips you to handle various tasks efficiently.

What you'll do

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will review incoming application forms and validate them before submitting to DigiCert's technical department. You will engage with external customers and internal stakeholders through phone, live chat, video calls, and email, ensuring a seamless communication process. Your role will involve researching customer organizations and verifying contact details online, as well as identifying and documenting customer-call trends to alert managers of any significant patterns.

You will execute DigiCert's validation process according to internal documentation and analyze validation test-data to determine whether systems or processes have met validation criteria. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will be crucial in ensuring that all validation processes are carried out accurately and efficiently.
