You have a professional working proficiency in Greek and are eager to engage with customers and internal stakeholders. Your excellent written and verbal communication skills allow you to connect effectively through phone, live chat, video calls, and email. You possess a high level of self-motivation and curiosity, enabling you to work independently while also being a team player. Your experience with Microsoft Office and other software applications equips you to handle various tasks efficiently.

What you'll do

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will review incoming application forms and validate them before submitting them to DigiCert's technical department. You will engage with external customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring that all communication is clear and effective. Your role will involve researching customer organizations and verifying their contact details online, which is crucial for maintaining accurate records. You will also identify and document customer-call trends, alerting managers to any significant findings. Additionally, you will execute DigiCert's validation process according to internal documentation and analyze validation test data to determine whether systems or processes have met the required validation criteria.
