Overview

DigiCert is hiring a Customer Experience Specialist (German Speaker) to engage with customers and execute validation processes. This role requires excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Job Description

Who you are

You are a detail-oriented individual with a strong aptitude for learning and a high level of self-motivation. Your curiosity drives you to work independently while maintaining excellent written and verbal communication skills. As a German speaker, you are comfortable engaging with customers and internal stakeholders through various communication channels. You thrive in environments where you can analyze data and identify trends, ensuring that customer interactions are handled effectively.

What you'll do

In this role, you will review incoming application forms and validate them before submitting to DigiCert's technical department. You will engage with external customers and internal stakeholders via phone, live chat, video calls, and email, ensuring that all inquiries are addressed promptly. Your responsibilities will include researching customer organizations to verify contact details online and identifying trends in customer calls to alert management. You will execute DigiCert's validation process according to internal documentation and analyze validation test data to determine if systems or processes meet the required criteria.
