Who you are

You have a professional working proficiency in Italian and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. You are self-motivated, curious, and capable of working independently while engaging with customers and stakeholders effectively. Your experience with Microsoft Office and other software applications allows you to handle various tasks efficiently. You are detail-oriented and can analyze data to ensure processes meet validation criteria.

What you'll do

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will review incoming application forms and validate them before submitting to DigiCert's technical department. You will engage with external customers and internal stakeholders through phone, live chat, video calls, and email, ensuring a smooth communication process. Your responsibilities will include researching customer organizations to verify contact details online and identifying trends in customer calls to alert managers. You will execute DigiCert's validation process according to internal documentation and analyze validation test data to determine compliance with criteria.
