Job Description
Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in site reliability engineering or a related field, with a strong background in designing and maintaining scalable systems. Your expertise includes working with Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure, allowing you to effectively manage and optimize high-availability environments. You are familiar with observability tools and understand the importance of monitoring, logging, and alerting in maintaining system reliability. Your experience with automation and CI/CD practices enables you to streamline operations and improve deployment processes. You are a proactive problem solver who enjoys troubleshooting production issues and collaborating with development teams to enhance system performance.
Desirable
Experience with security best practices in cloud-native environments is a plus, as is familiarity with AEM Cloud management. You thrive in regulated or mission-critical environments and understand the nuances of supporting such systems. Your ability to mentor teammates and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement is highly valued.
What you'll do
In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain highly available and scalable systems that support critical business services. You will work closely with engineering teams to improve system reliability, performance, and observability, ensuring that best practices are followed across the board. Your responsibilities will include automating infrastructure provisioning and operational tasks, as well as supporting and evolving Kubernetes-based platforms. You will collaborate with development teams to enable CI/CD and deployment best practices, participating in an on-call rotation to support production systems and respond to incidents. Your contributions will help shape engineering best practices and foster a culture of operational excellence.
