You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are driven by results, holding yourself accountable for creating both financial impact and improving the lives of end-users.
You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Your experience in selling technology solutions, particularly those related to AI and healthcare, sets you apart. You are adept at understanding customer needs and translating them into actionable strategies that drive sales success. You are also comfortable using modern AI tools and have a keen interest in leveraging technology to solve real-world business problems.
What you'll do
As a Strategic Account Executive, you will own a select number of strategic enterprise healthcare accounts, leading complex sales cycles focused on Distyl's healthcare solution offerings. You will engage with senior leaders across clinical operations and medical management to sell packaged, outcome-driven healthcare solutions. Your responsibilities will include identifying customer needs, developing tailored solutions, and guiding clients through the decision-making process. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure that the solutions you propose align with the capabilities of Distyl AI's offerings.
You will be responsible for managing the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring that you meet or exceed sales targets. You will leverage your understanding of the healthcare industry to position Distyl's solutions effectively, addressing the unique challenges faced by your clients. You will also provide feedback to the product and engineering teams based on customer interactions, helping to shape future product development.
