What you'll do

As the Card-Present Manager, you will take ownership of the operational execution of in-person payments across various markets. Your primary mission will be to transform signed POS partnerships into live, scalable, and reliable payment flows. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure that once a POS partner is signed, merchants can go live smoothly. This involves coordinating with technical teams to ensure that devices work reliably and that card-present payments can scale without friction. You will also engage with external partners to maintain strong relationships and ensure that all parties are aligned on operational goals. Your role will require you to monitor payment flows, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements to enhance the overall efficiency of the payment process. You will be instrumental in driving the success of in-person payment solutions and ensuring that dLocal remains a leader in the payments industry.
