You are a creative and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist with a keen interest in recruitment. You thrive in a dynamic environment and are passionate about connecting with potential candidates across the APAC region. Your ability to understand the needs of the business and the culture of dLocal will enable you to find the right talent that aligns with our mission. You are comfortable working in a remote-first culture and enjoy collaborating with a diverse team of professionals from various backgrounds.

You have experience in recruitment processes and understand the importance of building relationships with candidates. Your strong communication skills allow you to effectively engage with potential hires and present dLocal as an attractive employer. You are proactive in sourcing candidates and have a knack for identifying talent that can contribute to our growth in emerging markets.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for the APAC region. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Your responsibilities will include sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, and facilitating the selection process. You will also play a key role in promoting dLocal's employer brand and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

You will work closely with the HR team to implement best practices in talent acquisition and contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment processes. By leveraging your knowledge of the local job market, you will help dLocal attract top talent and support our mission of simplifying payment expansion in emerging markets.
