What you'll do
As a Solutions Architect at Docebo, you will play a pivotal role in the sales process, working alongside the sales team to gather requirements and develop solutions that address customer challenges. You will be responsible for both pre and post-sales activities, ensuring that customers receive the support they need to succeed with our learning platform. Your expertise in solution design and architecture will be crucial as you guide customers through the deployment and roll-out of our products.
You will engage with customers to explain complex technical concepts, helping them understand how our solutions can transform their learning experiences. Your role will involve collaborating with pre-sales solution consultants to create compelling proposals that demonstrate the value of our offerings. You will also work closely with product teams to provide feedback on customer needs and contribute to the continuous improvement of our solutions.
