What you'll do

As an AI Deployment Engineer, you will deeply embed with strategic platform customers, serving as their technical lead. You will collaborate with their teams to establish a GenAI strategy, identifying the highest value applications that can transform their business processes. Your role will involve designing enterprise architectures that leverage OpenAI's technologies, including ChatGPT and the OpenAI API, to deliver maximum customer value.

You will work closely with various internal teams, including Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Applied Research, to ensure a seamless deployment process. Your responsibilities will include guiding customers through the technical aspects of deploying AI solutions, addressing any challenges that arise, and ensuring compliance with best practices.

You will also be responsible for maintaining a backlog of GenAI use cases, prioritizing them based on customer needs and industry trends. Your insights will help shape the direction of AI deployment strategies and contribute to the overall success of the AI Deployment Engineering team.
