You are a collaborative team player who enjoys working closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

What you'll do

As a Customer Experience Engineer at Docker, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that enterprise customers achieve success with Docker's platform. You will design and execute various customer engagement programs, including webinars and automated email journeys, to drive education and adoption. Your work will involve analyzing customer data to identify opportunities for proactive outreach and engagement.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, technical account managers, product, and marketing, to create a seamless customer experience from onboarding to expansion.
