Docker is hiring a Director of Strategic Sales to oversee and support Account Executives in the Americas. You'll manage sales processes and collaborate with various teams to drive performance. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills.

Who you are

You have extensive experience in sales leadership, particularly in managing teams of Account Executives. Your ability to motivate and train your team is key to achieving sales objectives. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to collaborate effectively with various professionals across the organization.

You are adept at monitoring sales metrics and implementing improvements in the sales administration process. Your strategic mindset enables you to prepare accurate sales forecasts and utilize customer feedback to drive product enhancements. You thrive in a remote-first culture and are committed to building a high-performance sales team that ensures customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

As the Director of Strategic Sales at Docker, you will manage a team of highly motivated Account Executives across the Americas.
