You have a proven track record in sales leadership, with experience in building and scaling sales organizations. Your ability to recruit, coach, and develop talent is essential, as you will be responsible for creating a high-performing team of Strategic Account Executives. What you'll do
As the Director of Strategic Sales, you will be responsible for building and scaling a market-leading sales organization. You will report directly to the VP of Enterprise + Strategic Sales and will play a crucial role in shaping the future of 6sense. Your primary focus will be on hiring and developing a team of Strategic Account Executives who are equipped to drive revenue growth.
You will create situational playbooks and sales strategies that align with the company's mission to revolutionize B2B marketing and sales. Your ability to think critically about customer engagement will be key to driving successful outcomes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on goals and objectives, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation.
In this role, you will also be responsible for monitoring performance metrics and adjusting strategies as needed to ensure your team meets its targets. You will lead by example, demonstrating the behaviors and values that you expect from your team. Your passion for fundamentally changing B2B marketing and sales will inspire those around you to strive for excellence.
