You have extensive experience in product management, particularly in monetization strategies and pricing models. You understand how to optimize customer journeys from initial engagement to enterprise renewal, ensuring that every touchpoint is designed for maximum value realization. Your background includes working at the intersection of product, finance, marketing, and sales, allowing you to align monetization strategies with broader market goals. You are a strategic thinker who can define and own the monetization model for a diverse product portfolio, ensuring it aligns with customer segmentation and financial objectives. You thrive in a remote-first culture and are passionate about creating great developer experiences.
Desirable
Experience in a product-led growth environment is a plus, as is familiarity with tools and methodologies that drive in-product revenue. You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams and have a track record of driving impactful changes that enhance customer value and profitability.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the monetization model for Docker's products, defining the overarching pricing, packaging, and monetization strategies. You will design and iterate on in-product upgrade paths and graduation processes to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction. Collaborating closely with engineering, finance, and marketing teams, you will ensure that the monetization strategies align with Docker's market strategy and customer needs. You will analyze customer data to inform your decisions and continuously optimize the monetization approach based on user feedback and market trends.
