You have experience in account management, ideally within the healthcare or technology sectors, and understand the importance of building strong relationships with clients. You are skilled in onboarding processes and have a knack for ensuring clients fully adopt and utilize products effectively. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to convey complex information clearly and effectively to clients. You are proactive in addressing client needs and concerns, ensuring a high level of satisfaction throughout the client lifecycle.

You are familiar with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce, and understand how to document interactions and track client engagement effectively. You are detail-oriented and can manage multiple accounts while maintaining a focus on client success. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with sales and product teams to enhance client experiences. You are adaptable and can navigate challenges with a solutions-oriented mindset.

What you'll do

As an Account Manager at Doctolib, you will be responsible for managing the onboarding of general practitioners, ensuring they receive the necessary training and support to use the Doctolib platform effectively. You will monitor client satisfaction and usage levels, intervening when issues arise to maintain high satisfaction scores. Your role will involve regular communication with clients to provide ongoing support and address any operational challenges they may face.

You will document all client interactions in Salesforce, ensuring that data is accurate and up-to-date. You will also collaborate with internal teams to relay client feedback and promote product updates, ensuring that clients are aware of new features and enhancements. Your goal will be to minimize churn by implementing retention strategies and responding promptly to any contractual requests from clients. You will play a key role in fostering long-term relationships with clients, guiding them through their journey with Doctolib and ensuring they derive maximum value from the platform.
