Who you are
You have experience in customer success management, ideally within the healthcare or technology sectors β you understand the importance of building strong relationships with clients and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the product lifecycle. You are skilled in onboarding processes and have a knack for training users on new systems, ensuring they can leverage all features effectively.
You are proficient in using CRM tools like Salesforce to document interactions and track customer engagement β your attention to detail ensures that all data is accurate and up-to-date, which is crucial for monitoring customer satisfaction and usage levels. You are proactive in identifying potential issues and addressing them before they escalate, demonstrating your commitment to customer retention.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to convey complex information clearly and effectively β whether you are conducting training sessions or providing ongoing support, you can adapt your communication style to suit different audiences. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with internal teams to relay customer feedback and drive product improvements.
What you'll do
As a Customer Success Manager at Doctolib, you will lead the onboarding process for general practitioners, coordinating implementation activities and initial training sessions to ensure a smooth transition to the platform. You will be responsible for guiding clients through the adoption of Doctolib's features, ensuring they are fully equipped to manage their patient interactions effectively.
You will provide continuous support to clients, helping them navigate daily operational workflows and addressing any challenges they may face β your goal is to enhance their experience and satisfaction with the product. You will monitor usage levels and customer satisfaction metrics, such as NPS, and take timely action to resolve any issues that arise, demonstrating your commitment to customer success.
In addition to client management, you will document all activities and interactions in Salesforce, ensuring that all information is tracked and accessible for future reference. You will stay updated on product developments and new features, promoting their use among clients and gathering feedback to share with internal teams for continuous improvement.
