What you'll do

In this role, you will monitor and optimize the performance of our IT service partners, ensuring that they meet established KPIs. You will create detailed performance reports and partner scorecards that serve as the foundation for regular performance reviews. Your analysis of performance data will help identify trends and inform strategies for improvement, ultimately enhancing efficiency and customer satisfaction. You will support capacity and resource management, forecasting needs against capacity to ensure optimal performance.

You will develop and implement improvement strategies based on your data analyses, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making within the team. Your role will involve preparing for and conducting regular partner performance reviews, where you will present findings and recommendations to stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with the Partner Operations & Performance team to ensure that all initiatives align with our strategic objectives and contribute to the overall success of our partnerships.
