Who you are

You have a strong background in customer communication and marketing, with at least 5 years of experience in managing B2B customer journeys. You excel in developing targeted campaigns that resonate with diverse customer segments, ensuring that the messaging is clear and impactful. Your analytical skills allow you to assess the effectiveness of communication strategies and make data-driven decisions to optimize future campaigns. You are a collaborative team player, working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience. You are passionate about improving healthcare through effective communication and understand the nuances of customer engagement in a B2B context.

What you'll do

In this role, you will take charge of the entire B2B marketing customer journey for existing clients in Germany. You will create and manage end-to-end communication strategies that leverage various channels such as email and in-app notifications. Your focus will be on storytelling that enhances user experience and drives engagement with Doctolib's solutions. You will plan and execute campaigns for product launches and cycle releases, aiming to increase product usage and ensure customers recognize the value of Doctolib's offerings. You will analyze campaign performance and iterate on strategies to improve engagement rates and customer satisfaction. Collaboration with the Customer Engagement Team, Product Marketing, and Marketing Performance Team will be essential to align messaging and maximize impact.
