You are proactive in identifying opportunities for growth and improvement, both for your customers and for Aircall.
What you'll do
As an Account Manager at Aircall, you will be the owner of customer success and revenue growth across your portfolio. You will drive adoption of our AI-powered communication tools, ensuring that customers are maximizing their use of our platform. Your role will involve regular check-ins with customers to assess their needs, provide support, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional features.
You will collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, product, and customer support, to ensure that customer feedback is communicated effectively and that we are continuously improving our offerings.
