What you'll do

In this role, you will support Key Account Managers in managing strategic accounts and ensuring optimal adoption of Doctolib solutions. You will analyze hospital KPIs and propose tailored action plans to enhance their performance. Your contributions will also include developing new processes to improve team efficiency and customer experience. You will participate in projects integrating new AI-based solutions and assist in guiding hospitals through change management as they adopt new functionalities.
