Who you are

You are currently pursuing a degree at the bac +4/5 level in business, engineering, or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in customer relations and satisfaction processes. You possess a proactive mindset and are eager to improve existing processes, showcasing your initiative and curiosity in a fast-paced environment. Your attention to detail and organizational skills allow you to manage multiple tasks effectively, ensuring smooth operations within the team. You are comfortable working with Excel and/or Google Sheets, which will aid you in managing data and reporting effectively. Your strong interpersonal skills enable you to collaborate seamlessly with team members and stakeholders, fostering a positive work environment.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the CRM reporting for clients integrating with Doctolib, ensuring accurate and timely data management. You will coordinate between various teams to facilitate smooth onboarding and training processes for practitioners, addressing their needs and enhancing their satisfaction with the platform. You will also distribute and qualify training requests, working closely with onboarding managers to identify areas for improvement in client satisfaction. Additionally, you will pilot and enhance internal team presentations and dashboards that track key performance indicators, contributing to the overall success of the customer success team.
