Doctolib is hiring a VIE - Internal Comms & Employer Brand Partner to enhance their employer brand and internal communications. You'll work on engagement strategies and culture alignment in Milan. This position is open to French citizens aged 18-28.

You are a motivated individual with a passion for internal communications and employer branding. You understand the importance of employee engagement and how it contributes to a company's success. You are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment, and you are eligible for the VIE program, which allows you to work abroad as a French citizen aged 18 to 28.
You have a keen interest in shaping company culture and aligning it with business strategies. You are comfortable designing and delivering impactful communications that resonate with employees and candidates alike. You are a team player who thrives in collaborative settings and is excited about the opportunity to contribute to Doctolib's mission of building a better healthcare system.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be a key contributor to Doctolib's internal communications strategy, focusing on Italy and the Netherlands. You will design and deliver high-impact communications that drive business priorities and celebrate milestones. Your work will support transformative initiatives that align culture with strategy, ultimately strengthening performance and engagement.
You will own and deliver monthly newsletters, ensuring that the content is engaging and informative. You will collaborate with various teams to bring the employer brand to life through authentic stories that showcase the company's culture. Your contributions will help attract engaged employees who are aligned with Doctolib's values and mission.
