You have a strong background in sales and account management, ideally with experience in the cybersecurity industry. Your consultative approach allows you to effectively engage with customer stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met while driving business growth. You possess excellent communication skills and are adept at building relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships. Your ability to leverage technical knowledge in cybersecurity enhances your effectiveness in this role, enabling you to address customer concerns and provide tailored solutions. You are results-driven and have a passion for achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with Customer Success and Account Executives to ensure seamless renewals and business development activities.
What you'll do
In this role, you will serve as a key support for the Regional Account Executive, focusing on sales, business development, and renewals. You will help the team achieve quota attainment and customer retention by managing your book of business effectively. Your responsibilities will include performing business development activities to build a robust sales pipeline and collaborating with the Account Executive to close new logos. You will ensure that renewals are managed and processed appropriately, working closely with Customer Success to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. You will leverage your customer management skills and technical knowledge to meet renewal targets and drive business growth. Your role will also involve identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within your existing customer base, contributing to the overall success of the sales team.
