Who you are

You are pursuing a degree at the bac +4/5 level in business, engineering, or a related field — you have a strong foundation in customer service principles and a desire to improve processes. You demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving, always looking for ways to enhance the customer experience. Your attention to detail and curiosity drive you to explore new ideas and solutions. You are comfortable working with Excel and/or Google Sheets, allowing you to analyze data effectively. Your interpersonal skills enable you to collaborate seamlessly with team members and stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication across departments.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the CRM reporting for clients integrating with Doctolib, ensuring accurate and timely updates. You will coordinate with various teams to facilitate training requests and ensure that client needs are met. Collaborating with onboarding managers, you will work on initiatives that impact client satisfaction, helping to refine processes and improve overall service delivery. You will also be responsible for enhancing internal presentations and dashboards that track key performance indicators, contributing to the team's success and efficiency.
