Doctolib is seeking an Entry-Level Sales Operations intern to support the Sales and Customer Operations team in Paris. You'll coordinate projects and improve internal tools to maximize sales performance.
Job Description
Who you are
You are looking for an internship opportunity, ideally as part of a gap year or at the end of your studies. You have experience in consulting, project management, or process optimization, particularly in Sales Operations within a startup environment. You are fluent in both English and French, enabling you to communicate effectively with diverse teams.
What you'll do
In this role, you will join the Sales and Customer Operations team in France, working closely with sales teams and account managers. Your primary objective will be to provide the best tools and processes to maximize sales performance. You will coordinate cross-functional projects involving sales, account managers, and customer support teams, ensuring effective communication and implementation of internal tools. Additionally, you will assist in structuring and deploying transformation projects while tracking team performance and associated action plans through dashboarding. You will also support teams and managers by addressing their process and tool-related questions and finding solutions to everyday challenges.
