You are comfortable with direct outreach to potential candidates, particularly through LinkedIn, and are ready to develop your skills in active sourcing. You are open to learning and adapting to new tools, including Greenhouse, the global recruiting software used by Doctolib.

What you'll do

As a Werkstudent in Talent Acquisition, you will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment team at Doctolib. Your responsibilities will include creating and publishing job descriptions across various platforms to attract the best candidates. You will coordinate interviews and conduct initial conversations with candidates to assess their fit for the roles.

You will also engage in projects aimed at enhancing the company's recruiting activities, such as social media recruiting and employer branding initiatives. Throughout your time with us, you will gain valuable insights into the recruitment process, including how to review resumes and conduct interviews effectively. You will learn to evaluate candidates based on established criteria and develop your skills in direct candidate outreach.
