You are currently enrolled in a full-time program at a university and are eager to gain practical experience in talent acquisition. You believe in the importance of providing an excellent candidate experience and are excited to contribute to a smooth hiring process. You are proactive and enjoy engaging with people, making you a great fit for this role.
You have a strong interest in recruitment and are keen to learn about creating job descriptions and utilizing various platforms for posting them. You are comfortable with direct outreach to potential candidates, particularly through LinkedIn, and are ready to develop your skills in active sourcing. You are open to learning and adapting to new tools, including Greenhouse, the global recruiting software used by Doctolib.
What you'll do
As a Werkstudent in Talent Acquisition, you will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment team at Doctolib. Your responsibilities will include creating and publishing job descriptions across various platforms to attract the best candidates. You will coordinate interviews and conduct initial conversations with candidates to assess their fit for the roles.
You will also engage in projects aimed at enhancing the company's recruiting activities, such as social media recruiting and employer branding initiatives. Throughout your time with us, you will gain valuable insights into the recruitment process, including how to review resumes and conduct interviews effectively. You will learn to evaluate candidates based on established criteria and develop your skills in direct candidate outreach.
