What you'll do

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment process at Doctolib. Your responsibilities will include creating and publishing job descriptions on various platforms to attract candidates. You will coordinate interviews and conduct initial conversations with candidates to assess their fit for the roles.

You will also engage in direct outreach to potential candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, helping to expand our talent pool. Additionally, you will participate in projects aimed at enhancing our recruiting activities, including social media recruiting and employer branding initiatives. Throughout your internship, you will gain valuable insights into resume screening, interview techniques, and candidate evaluation based on established criteria.
