Who you are

You're available for a full-time, 12-month internship based in Berlin, eager to dive into the world of Talent Acquisition and People Operations. You have a genuine interest in understanding how recruiting works behind the scenes, and you're curious about the systems and processes that help organizations hire effectively. Comfort with digital tools, especially Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), is essential as you will be using them daily to maintain accurate data and contribute to reporting.

You thrive in collaborative environments and are excited about the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals in the People team. Your attention to detail will help you maintain hiring materials and ensure that job descriptions and templates are user-friendly and aligned with inclusive standards. You are proactive and willing to document workflows, creating helpful resources such as checklists and FAQs to support recruiters and hiring managers.

Desirable

While not required, any prior experience or coursework related to recruitment or human resources would be beneficial. Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools will also give you an edge in this role, as you will be contributing to insights that help improve hiring processes.

What you'll do

In this role, you will support day-to-day recruiting operations by helping maintain clean, accurate data across various tools. You will contribute to reporting and insights by updating spreadsheets or dashboards that help the team understand hiring pipelines and process performance. Your work will involve maintaining hiring materials, ensuring they are easy to use and aligned with our inclusive standards.

You will document workflows and create helpful resources such as checklists, how-tos, or FAQs to support recruiters and hiring managers. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to support special projects aimed at improving candidate and hiring manager experiences, testing tools, or refining documentation practices. Throughout your internship, you will partner closely with our People team, gaining insights into how a modern Talent Acquisition function operates end-to-end.
