What you'll do
As an Inside Sales Manager at Doctolib, you will take charge of actively selling our telephone assistant solutions to existing clients, ensuring they maximize the value of our offerings. You will conduct structured and proactive outreach, engaging in meaningful conversations to understand client needs and challenges. You will manage the entire sales cycle independently, from initial contact through to consultation, proposal creation, objection handling, and closing deals. Your role will involve tracking your sales pipeline meticulously, measuring your progress against KPIs, and utilizing feedback to enhance your performance. You will collaborate closely with Customer Success, Marketing, and other teams to ensure a holistic approach to customer experiences.
