You understand the importance of identifying challenges and presenting tailored solutions that create real value for your customers. Your ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Customer Success and Marketing, enhances the overall customer experience and drives successful outcomes.

What you'll do

As an Inside Sales Manager at Doctolib, you will take charge of the sales cycle for our telephone assistant solutions, engaging with existing clients to maximize their use of our services. You will conduct structured outreach, guiding clients through their needs and challenges while presenting relevant solutions that align with their goals. Your role will involve managing the entire sales process, from initial contact to consultation, proposal creation, and overcoming objections, ultimately leading to successful closures.

You will work closely with the Customer Success team to ensure a seamless experience for clients, leveraging feedback to continuously improve your approach. Your structured and KPI-oriented work style will help you track your pipeline and measure your progress effectively. You will document your activities and results in Salesforce, contributing directly to our revenue growth and helping us achieve our mission of digitizing healthcare.
