Overview

Doctolib is seeking a Lead Recruiter Sales to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for sales positions. You'll partner with Sales Leadership to build high-performing teams and enhance recruiting capabilities. This role requires at least 7 years of recruiting experience focused on sales hiring.

Who you are

You have at least 7 years of recruiting experience with a strong focus on sales hiring and full-cycle recruitment β€” you excel at sourcing and engaging passive candidates, with proven expertise in building talent pipelines for commercial roles. You are adept at conducting in-depth screening interviews to assess candidates' sales competencies, cultural fit, and alignment with Doctolib's values. Your ability to act as a trusted advisor to Hiring Managers is key, as you provide market insights, compensation benchmarking, and strategic hiring recommendations. You are committed to championing candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey, ensuring timely communication and feedback. You understand the importance of process improvement and mentoring team members on sales recruitment best practices, elevating the overall recruiting capabilities of the team.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the end-to-end recruitment for sales roles including SDRs, Account Executives, and Sales Managers across Germany. You will build and maintain robust talent pipelines through proactive sourcing to meet current and future hiring needs. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough screening interviews to assess candidates' fit for the roles and the company culture. You will partner closely with Sales Leadership to understand their needs and provide strategic hiring recommendations. Additionally, you will elevate the recruiting capabilities of the team by mentoring junior recruiters and implementing best practices in sales recruitment. You will ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication throughout the recruitment process. Your insights into market trends and compensation will help guide hiring decisions and improve the overall effectiveness of the recruitment strategy.
