Overview
Doctolib is hiring a Global Payroll Partner to manage payroll activities within their Finance department. You'll be responsible for improving payroll tools and processes while ensuring a great employee experience across Europe. This role requires 2-5 years of experience in payroll or related fields.
Job Description
Who you are
You have 2-5 years of experience in payroll or related fields, including internships, and possess knowledge in accounting and labor law. You are motivated to participate in payroll projects and work collaboratively with internal and external partners. Your expertise in handling labor law questions makes you a valuable business partner for your colleagues at Doctolib.
What you'll do
As a Global Payroll Partner at Doctolib, you will be the point of contact for employee inquiries regarding payroll calculations and internal policies. You will manage the end-to-end monthly payroll process, coordinating salary payments and legal taxes. Additionally, you will create reports, statistics, and presentations related to payroll, acting as a subject matter expert on payroll initiatives in Germany, including managing time and attendance tools and improving processes.
