Who you are
You have at least 5 years of experience in sales, particularly in field sales, and ideally in B2B solutions. Your passion for sales drives you to build strong relationships with clients, and you thrive on the challenge of meeting and exceeding sales targets. You are a strategic thinker who understands the healthcare landscape and can effectively communicate the value of digital solutions to healthcare providers.
You are proficient in using Salesforce for tracking sales activities and reporting, ensuring that you can measure your success and optimize your approach. Your ability to analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions makes you a trusted advisor to your customers. You are motivated by the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the healthcare sector, contributing to the digital transformation of healthcare services.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage the entire sales process from initial contact to contract closure, taking full responsibility for the revenue generated in your region. You will actively acquire new clients, particularly healthcare professionals, and serve as a concept consultant to analyze their needs and challenges. Your goal is to create real value with our product, helping to improve healthcare delivery.
You will regularly track your sales performance and forecasting using Salesforce, allowing you to adjust your strategies as needed to achieve your targets.
