Doctolib is hiring a Sales Strategy Senior Associate to maximize the commercial impact of their partnerships team. You'll work on strategic partnership analysis and optimize sales processes. This role requires a strong background in sales strategy and operations.

Who you are

You have a strong educational background, ideally with a degree in business or a related field, and experience in sales strategy or operations. You are analytical and can assess the potential of new strategic partnerships to drive growth. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to collaborate effectively with a team of sales professionals and internal stakeholders.

You are proactive in optimizing sales processes and have a knack for improving tools and systems that enhance team efficiency. You understand the importance of tailoring approaches to different partners and can develop customized strategies that align with their specific needs. You are detail-oriented and can manage multiple tasks while maintaining a focus on achieving sales targets.

What you'll do

In this role, you will contribute directly to maximizing the commercial impact of the partnerships team at Doctolib. You will research and analyze potential new strategic partnerships to establish an inbound channel for partners. You will define tailored commercial approaches for each type of partner, ensuring that their unique challenges are addressed effectively.

You will also optimize the sales pipeline for the team and participate in the development of commercial proposals. Additionally, you will implement and maintain the Partnership Relationship Management Software, ensuring that it meets the needs of the team. Collaborating with internal teams, you will improve processes and tools related to CRM, reporting, and billing, while also structuring and standardizing partner tracking in the tools used by the team.
