Who you are
You have a solid background in site reliability engineering, with experience in maintaining production systems and ensuring their performance. You understand the importance of a platform-oriented approach to reliability and have a knack for automating processes to enhance efficiency. Your familiarity with cloud services, particularly AWS, allows you to design scalable and resilient infrastructures that can handle significant user loads.
You are proficient in using Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration, which enables you to streamline deployment processes and manage service lifecycles effectively. Your experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus equips you to implement robust alerting and incident response mechanisms, ensuring that issues are detected and resolved proactively.
You thrive in collaborative environments, partnering with product and engineering teams to instill reliability best practices into their workflows.
