You have a strong background in technical support and onboarding, particularly in VoIP technologies. Your experience includes working with SIP, Trunk SIP, Centrex, and IPBX systems, allowing you to navigate complex technical challenges with ease. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively liaise between clients and development teams, ensuring that every healthcare establishment can deploy and utilize Doctolib's services optimally.

You are detail-oriented and have a knack for problem-solving, which helps you diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently. Your ability to manage client relationships and provide top-notch support is key to your success in this role. What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for the technical onboarding of the Assistant Téléphonique product, ensuring that clients have a smooth initial deployment experience. You will receive and qualify requests from clients and internal teams, guiding them through the technical aspects of the product. Your role will involve troubleshooting issues that arise post-deployment, providing expert support to clients, and ensuring that their technical needs are met.

You will work closely with the Technical Services team to address complex technical challenges and ensure that clients receive the highest level of service. Your success will be measured by your ability to quickly learn the technical environment and effectively support your first clients. You will also play a crucial role in gathering feedback from clients to help improve the onboarding process and product functionality.
