Who you are
You have a strong background in technical support, ideally with experience in healthcare technology. You are skilled in troubleshooting complex technical issues and have a deep understanding of integration standards such as HL7 and FHIR. Your ability to communicate effectively with both clients and development teams makes you a key player in ensuring successful product deployment and support.
You thrive in environments where you can take ownership of client relationships and ensure their technical needs are met. Your experience with VoIP technologies, particularly SIP, allows you to assist clients in implementing telephony solutions effectively. You are detail-oriented and have a knack for diagnosing problems quickly, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.
Desirable
Experience with various healthcare integration systems and a passion for improving client experiences are highly valued. Familiarity with tools and platforms used in technical support will give you an edge in this role.
What you'll do
As a Senior Technical Services Engineer at Doctolib, you will lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they have a smooth experience with our products. You will be responsible for configuring and testing the product to meet client specifications, as well as troubleshooting any issues that arise during deployment. Your role will involve close collaboration with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
In addition to onboarding, you will provide ongoing technical support to existing clients, diagnosing and resolving issues related to product usage. You will act as a liaison between clients and our development teams, ensuring that feedback is communicated effectively and that client needs are prioritized in product updates.
You will also monitor the performance of deployed connectors and ensure that all integrations are functioning optimally. Your success will be measured by your ability to enhance client satisfaction and streamline the onboarding and support processes.
