What you'll do
As an Account Manager at DoorDash, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of approximately 500 restaurant partners. Your primary goal will be to build long-term relationships with these merchants, guiding them on how to maximize their visibility and optimize their operations on the DoorDash platform. You will conduct regular outreach through calls and emails, providing data-driven insights to help restaurant owners improve their performance and grow their revenue. You will be accountable for meeting weekly and quarterly KPIs, which will include metrics related to outbound activity, strategic merchant calls, and revenue growth. You will also deliver quarterly business reviews to assess performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Your role will require flexibility in terms of remote and in-office work, as well as occasional travel to meet with partners.
