You understand the importance of inventory management and are detail-oriented, ensuring that all products are accounted for and safeguarded against loss or theft. You are committed to maintaining product quality and freshness, following all HACCP and food-handling processes diligently.
You possess strong communication skills — you can interact clearly and pleasantly with customers through the app, especially when substitution approvals are needed. You are a team player who embodies the DoorDash value of 'one team, one fight,' contributing positively to the working environment and supporting your colleagues.
What you'll do
As a DashMart Team Member, you will be responsible for accurately receiving and stocking inventory, ensuring that all products are properly rotated and monitored for quality. You will utilize technology similar to smartphone devices to scan packages, pick and stage orders, and conduct handoffs to Dashers. Your role will also involve maintaining a safe working environment by adhering to DashMart safety and security standards, completing all cleaning and warehouse organization tasks as assigned by management.
You will actively engage in the daily operations of the DashMart, contributing to a positive team atmosphere and ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled efficiently. Your ability to work collaboratively with your team will be essential in achieving the goals set for the DashMart.
