What you'll do

You will produce and analyze data to identify opportunities for enhancing speed, quality, and effectiveness in customer service. You will take your recommendations from start to finish, which includes digging into data, creating budgets, implementing timelines, and aligning with partners to test ideas and measure results. You will also collaborate with support and company-level leadership to guide priority projects, ensuring that customer experience initiatives are executed effectively and efficiently.
