You have a proven track record in customer success or account management, ideally within the hospitality or tech industry. You excel at building relationships and have a knack for understanding customer needs, ensuring they receive maximum value from the products they use. Your ability to analyze data and use it to inform decisions sets you apart, as you strive to drive retention and identify growth opportunities for your clients.
You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working cross-functionally with teams such as Sales, Product, and Account Development. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to serve as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders. You are adaptable and can balance strategic planning with execution, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
What you'll do
As a Customer Success Manager at DoorDash, you will own relationships throughout the full customer lifecycle, from onboarding and adoption to continuous optimization. You will manage a portfolio of customers, helping them navigate the SevenRooms platform and ensuring they have a world-class experience. Your role will involve driving retention by identifying growth opportunities and providing strategic insights to your clients.
You will collaborate closely with various teams across DoorDash to ensure that customer feedback is integrated into product development and that any issues are resolved promptly.
