Who you are

You have a strong background in relationship management and operational excellence, with experience in developing growth strategies for enterprise clients. You understand the importance of engaging with Franchise C-suite and operational leads to foster best-in-class partnerships. You are skilled in data analysis and can derive actionable insights to enhance partner performance and profitability.

You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to co-create solutions that meet the needs of franchise partners. You are adept at conducting business reviews and can effectively communicate strategies to key decision-makers. Your ability to prioritize franchisee needs by their impact on the business sets you apart as a strategic thinker.

What you'll do

As a Senior Merchant Success Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing growth plans for a portfolio of Franchise Groups and Brands. You will engage in strategic conversations with franchisees to augment their stores on Drive and increase utilization. Your role will involve introducing and executing on Drive white label growth opportunities to broaden partnership depth and enhance revenue streams.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for all issues, ensuring operational excellence and addressing any concerns that arise. Your responsibilities will include conducting business reviews with key franchise decision-makers to deepen relationships and review performance metrics. You will work to co-create solutions that align with the needs and wants of franchisees, prioritizing them based on their impact on the business.
