Signifyd is hiring a Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager to drive success and retention within their largest customer portfolio. You'll work cross-functionally to ensure exceptional customer experiences. This role requires expertise in fraud, e-commerce, and payments.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in customer success management, particularly within the enterprise sector, and you understand the nuances of building trusted relationships with clients. Your experience includes engaging with existing merchants to mitigate churn risks and onboarding new clients effectively. You are results-oriented and focused on delivering significant value to your customers while achieving individual and team targets.
You possess expertise in the fraud, e-commerce, and payments landscape, allowing you to navigate complex customer needs and collaborate closely with Sales, Implementation, and Risk teams. Your communication skills are exceptional, enabling you to articulate customer needs and align them with internal resources effectively. You are genuinely invested in your clients' success and are driven by a mission to empower fearless commerce.
What you'll do
As a Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Signifyd, you will manage the ongoing success of a portfolio of large, enterprise customers. Your role involves proactively engaging with these merchants to ensure their needs are met and to drive net revenue retention and expansion. You will work cross-functionally with various teams to ensure alignment and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
You will be responsible for identifying potential churn risks and implementing strategies to mitigate them, ensuring that your clients receive the highest level of service. Additionally, you will onboard new clients, guiding them through the initial stages of their journey with Signifyd. Your expertise in the industry will help you provide valuable insights and recommendations to your clients, enhancing their overall experience.
