What you'll do
As a Specialist on the Drive Escalated Support team, you will be the first point of contact for merchants facing urgent issues. You will utilize live support channels, including phone and email, to resolve complex inquiries and ensure merchant satisfaction. Your role will involve identifying opportunities for improvement in the merchant journey and collaborating with sales ops, engineering, product, and onboarding teams to enhance the overall experience. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional support and acting as a brand ambassador for DoorDash, ensuring that merchants feel valued and supported throughout their partnership with us.
