What you'll do
As a Project Associate within the Merchant Experience Operations team, you will be responsible for delivering operational excellence across merchant and CPG brand catalog operations. You will translate business strategies into actionable tasks, ensuring that key performance indicators (KPIs) are met while driving improvements in workflows. Your role will involve managing the intake and triage of catalog requests from CPG advertisers, ensuring that all processes are executed with high quality.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the evolving needs of the business, particularly as new verticals emerge. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include maintaining merchant catalogs on the DoorDash platform, which are critical for representing each merchantβs product assortment to customers. You will also be involved in ensuring that customer-facing content is accurate and up-to-date, contributing to a seamless user experience.
