You have a proven track record in customer support, ideally with experience in managing teams and driving performance metrics. Your leadership skills shine as you coach and guide your team to deliver exceptional service, ensuring that every merchant feels valued and supported. You understand the importance of building trust and fostering long-term partnerships, and you are committed to promoting a culture of pride and enthusiasm within your team.

You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to create open channels for feedback and collaboration. Your ability to analyze team performance and report on metrics will help you identify areas for improvement and celebrate successes. You are adaptable and can navigate changing business needs, ensuring that your team remains focused and motivated.

What you'll do

As the Supervisor of the New Verticals Merchant Sentiment team, you will manage a team of approximately 10-20 Merchant Sentiment Specialists. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that your team meets performance metrics while providing a personalized and empathetic support experience to our merchants. You will work closely with various teams within DoorDash, including Merchant Support Operations and Partner Integrations, to implement outstanding support processes.

You will be responsible for reporting on team performance to leadership on a weekly basis, sharing both wins and challenges. Your role will also involve escalating and investigating complicated issues, acting as a liaison between DoorDash and our merchant partners. You will foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement, ensuring that your team is equipped to handle any challenges that arise.
