What you'll do
As a Merchant Growth Executive at DoorDash, you will be responsible for securing revenue growth for our existing merchants — your primary focus will be on upselling additional products and services that can help their businesses thrive. You will engage in high-volume phone calls and emails to promote DoorDash Ads, Loyalty, and Promotions, ensuring that our partners are aware of the tools available to them. Collaborating closely with the Inside Account Management Team, you will work to achieve the goals set for our Managed Partners, ensuring that their unique challenges and priorities are addressed. You will analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies that align with our partners' objectives. Your role will also involve training and participating in team-building events, fostering a strong culture of collaboration and support within the team. You will play a crucial role in transforming how businesses attract new consumers, making a significant impact on their success.
