What you'll do
As an Associate in Fraud Insights Operations, you will analyze significant fraud trends and new vectors that could impact DoorDash. Your work will involve collaborating with the Strategy & Operations team to understand the mechanisms behind fraud and to identify necessary long-term solutions. You will implement interim containment measures while awaiting more comprehensive resolutions, ensuring that the company remains protected against fraudulent activities. Your insights will fuel conversations and action plans aimed at detecting, containing, and preventing fraud on the DoorDash platform.
You will also support internal partners by providing data for various initiatives, helping them adapt to evolving fraud strategies. This role requires you to stay informed about emerging fraud trends and to contribute to the development of innovative solutions that leverage artificial intelligence. As the scope of work may expand with advancements in AI capabilities, you will need to be flexible and ready to take on new challenges as they arise.
