What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering daily performance data to Fraud Leadership, ensuring that all metrics are accurate and provide unified visibility across all fraud workflows. You will monitor the health of fraud queues and work closely with leadership to identify areas for improvement. Your governance of team resources, including playbooks and SOPs, will be crucial in maintaining a high-performing fraud ecosystem.
You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that insights and documentation are effectively communicated and utilized. Your role will involve continuous development and maintenance of team resources, ensuring that they remain relevant and aligned with the organization's goals. You will play a key role in fostering a culture of operational excellence within the Fraud Operations team.
