Who you are
You have a strong background in marketing analytics and insights, with experience managing teams that deliver high-quality, actionable insights for advertisers. You understand the nuances of the advertising landscape, particularly in the context of e-commerce and consumer packaged goods (CPG). Your ability to translate complex data into clear narratives and recommendations is a key strength, enabling you to build confidence and retention among advertisers.
You are a collaborative leader who thrives in cross-functional environments, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Measurement teams. Your focus on execution quality and speed ensures that insights are not only accurate but also scalable to meet evolving advertiser needs. You have a proven track record of setting standards for analytical rigor and operational excellence within your team.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead a team responsible for delivering insights that support Sales and advertisers across various campaigns. You will manage the end-to-end insights experience for CPG and Rx advertisers, ensuring they understand performance metrics, opportunities, and next steps. Your leadership will help scale insights delivery through improved processes and tooling, enabling your team to support a growing number of advertisers effectively.
You will partner closely with Account Management and Sales teams to ensure that advertisers receive the insights they need to make informed decisions. This includes overseeing campaign reporting and quarterly business reviews (QBRs), as well as providing partner-driven analytics that drive growth. Your ability to communicate complex data in an understandable way will be crucial in fostering strong relationships with advertisers.
